Please note that this guarantee only applies to credit or debit card transactions made using STITCH1KNIT1’s secure server. If your credit or debit card is used without your authorisation you must notify your card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase each and every time you shop with us.

If you’re not happy with a product that you have received, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of your order for a complete refund. If the return is the result of an error on our part, we will gladly refund any postage costs incurred.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return.

Postage Policy

At STITCH1KNIT1 we charge postage according to the wieght of the items ordered and the delivery destination. The charges are based on Royal Mail 1st Class postal service and the amount you will be charged is displayed during the check out process. The minimum postage charge is £1.50.

We aim to dispatch all orders regadless of desitination within 24 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability.
